We have just added a specific vegan cinnamon box to our range. Using traditional Norwegian recipes we are supplementing dairy with a plant based butter and using soya milk. The dough is heavier to work with and takes more time to prove and is more suited to an overnight prove if not in a rush!
We also sell a vegan Norwegian crispbread, knekkebrød, using four different types of seeds and adding walnuts. These are very popular at the markets and we did make a lot for Christmas presents as they keep very well. These are better collected as we cannot guarantee that they wont be damaged during transit as they are fragile.
