Terms & Conditions for food orders

Orders can be made by phone and email, and paid by card.

Orders must be paid for in advance by BACS following agreement of the cost which will be confirmed by an invoice, to include postage and packing as appropriate.

Free collection can be arranged.

Local delivery can be arranged at a small charge.

Orders can also be collected by arrangement at a market.

Goods cannot be exchanged or returned and are baked to order.
Terms & Conditions for Norwegian baking courses
Attendees are required to bring at least four good-sized containers so that they can take their produce home. A charge may be made if guests do not have the means to transport the bakes safely and the Becky's Bakeri has to supply packaging.
Attendees should wear comfortable clothing and flat shoes. Shoulder length or longer hair must be tied back.
Course programmes may be changed at the discretion of Becky’s Bakeri, but every effort will be made to keep to the published programme.
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment to Becky’s Bakeri. A booking form will be sent to all enquirers for completion and return, and payment will be required by BACs or gift voucher.
If you are unable to attend, Becky’s Bakeri regrets that no refunds will be given but you can transfer your booking to another person as long as you let us know seven days before the course commences. Becky’s Bakeri will need the replacement person to complete a booking form.
Should the host be unable to run the course on the day due to illness, the class will be cancelled and an alternative date will be offered or a full refund will be made. Becky’s Bakeri will not be liable for any other costs associated with participants attending the courses in the unfortunate event that the course has to be cancelled.
At the end of the course, participants are welcome to take photographs of the products they have made.
The General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individual citizens of the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA) and therefore photographs of other participants and filming during the course is prohibited.
