I aim every year to write on my blog every month but I never seem to achieve this! The Bakeri has been very busy this year with the award of a contract with Noah's Pantry in Bradford-on-Avon to supply them with bread rolls as well as Norwegian sweet and savoury bakes.
I did my first weekend show in August for the Gloucestershire Extravaganza Steam and Vintage Fair which was exceedingly wet, but enjoyable! It is a three day show but I just did the Saturday and Sunday. Next year if I am invited to attend, I will do the full three days from Friday-Sunday and cross my fingers it is not torrential rain again!
I am now preparing for the Christmas Markets with all dates of the markets and events pinned at the top of my Facebook page. I am looking forward to attending Lowden Garden Centre's Christmas Fair 17-19 November, and I will also be at Corsham, Bradford on Avon and Trowbridge during November and December.
I am enjoying having the space made by converting the garage into my Norwegian Bakeri which was completed in January, but need more space already!
