Becky’s Bakeri is a home baking business operating from a residential property in Corsham, Wiltshire.

We process personal data relating to customers which will be their email address, address where the order is to be sent and a contact telephone number. This information will be taken either by telephone or in person at a market stall.

 


How do we use your data?


Customer’s personal data is used to process their orders and will not be shared with anyone. We may need to contact customers in connection with their order or in response to an enquiry. We will only contact you on relevant business. We will use the contact details which you provide to us to communicate with you, which can be by post, email, text (SMS) or telephone.

What legal basis do we have for processing your personal data?


Your consent is needed and you will need to give us your personal data. If you do not wish to give personal information then you can complete any transaction in person at a market stall on a pay and collect basis.

 


When do we share your personal data?


Your personal data will not be shared with anyone.

 


How do we secure personal data?


Your personal data will be kept on a contact format in a secure finance management programme FreeAgent or PayPal for invoicing purposes.

 

Your personal data will be permanently deleted two years after the order was processed.

 

Information received via email will be transferred to FreeAgent or PayPal and the email permanently deleted within one month of receipt.

 

Access to email is restricted to Becky’s Bakeri Ltd.

Becky’s Bakeri Ltd respects your right to access and control your personal data, accessing information we keep on you, your right to correct or request deletion of your personal data by withdrawing your consent for your information to be kept by Becky’s Bakeri Ltd.
