Made initially for Christmas these are now on the all year round menu and are our most popular cookie. Crisp on the outside but soft in the middle, the slight tang of the cranberries with the walnut and orange is simply a divine eating experience!

Ingredients: butter, soft brown sugar, egg, wheat flour, vanilla sugar, bicarbonate of soda, cinnamon, salt, oats, walnuts, dried cranberries, orange zest and juice.
