Our shortbread gift box has half stem ginger and lemon and half chocolate using a very dark chocolate. You can choose to have the whole box of one variety just put a message to this effect when purchasing. Ten shortbreads per box and if the weight allows we'll pop in an extra one!!
Ingredients: wheat flour, corn or potato flour, sugar, ground ginger, salt, glace stem ginger, lemon zest.
