I use the recipe from Trines Matblogg which is her mother's recipe called Version 2! A very delicate and light sponge with apple slices in layers on the top, finished with pearl sugar and cinnamon. A treat for the whole family!

Norwegian recipe. Suitable for freezing.

Ingredients: butter, sugar, egg, wheat flour, vanilla sugar, apples, cinnamon.
