Cinnamon Bun with Caramelised Apple Gift Box

A twist on the Norwegian staple, this cinnamon bun has apple pieces which have been simmered in butter and brown sugar and added to the dough when the buns are made up after the first prove.
 
Always warm through and they will taste as newly baked and the smell of your kitchen will bring your neighbours in!
