This course replaces the one planned for 29th March 2020 which was cancelled due to the coronavirus. Learn to make an enriched dough and make different types of buns from the same dough. Class size is small so that guests make and work with their own dough, and take home their goodies to share or not!! Waffles to start the day and a light Norwegian lunch will be provided as well as refreshments throughout the day. Come and share a wonderful day with Becky and technician Maisie!
